Founded in 1995, Avenue Capital Group is a global investment firm focused on the preservation and growth of capital. The group manages assets valued at approximately $17 billion as of June 30, 2007. Avenue’s strategies focus on opportunities in the U.S., Europe and Asia, with more than 300 employees worldwide. Yet Avenue had no formal intranet, no way to control it’s brand usage domestically or globally. I was called to create a unified set of guidelines for the Avenue brand as well as help develop a Human Resources presence and create Employee Handbooks for all international offices. I also was a consultant for the implementation and development of an intranet.

With more than 40 years experience, Warburg has invested more that $26 billion in more than 575 companies in 30 countries around the world. Warburg held a quarterly meeting for all of its investment professions in Lake Como, Italy. I was contracted to provide all the printed material for quarterly meeting. There was extensive variable data customization in all materials.
