So happy that for a few hours before appeals and “stays” are issued that we gays get to enjoy the feeling of being equal because prop 8 has been deemed unconstitutional! Srsly amazing! And this bodes well for other states like my home state of NJ which has been trying to get the discrimination / not-working-civil-unions issues on the forefront of law makers for a few years.
Sad to see A-Rod’s 600th home run making more news on the wires though. literally the guy has done that very thing five-hundred-and-ninety-nine other times. History making positive legislative decisions w/r/t equal marriage rights has happened um yeah ONCE – yesterday!! just saying…

Mostly all i can say is HOLY SHIT!
500+ women looking SMOKIN! It was intimidating but I felt like a PIMP! Rachel and I had such an amazing time!
And to see Jennifer Beals and Marlee Matlin in PERSON! Well words cannot really describe how pretty they are in real life. You never think the people on the TV are going to be so tall and larger than life. But I swear to you, never seen people prettier and so damn tall! Ileene, the creator of the show, is a bit on the thin side but i guess so are the actresses!

I cannot believe that event turned out to be that much fun! It was serisouly the best way 2 kick off 07! although it did resonate that i need more gay friends and/or friends in this area. but rach and i had such a great time. And it felt really sweet knowing that all over the country at the same time women were celebrating and getting their groove on!
